Nearly everyone at some point in their lives will get acne, and the sad thing is most people get it when they are at their most vulnerable. During our teenage years most of us are quite low on self esteem so it doesn’t help when we have lots of acne pimples covering our face. The majority of products are based on cleaning and hence probably don’t make a difference.
Luckily over time the acne started to go away and that is what will happen in the majority of cases so try not to worry. Acne comes at a very difficult time in our lives so it is hard not to spend time thinking about how much more confident or attractive you’d be without it – that will all come in time. I know how you feel because I went through exactly the same thing and it isn’t pleasant!
